The Eco-Self: 7 Ways To Draw Us Closer to Nature (Published on Elephant Journal)

I am pleased to have another little piece featured in Elephant Journal.  If it inspires you, please share it via your email list and social media platforms.  This article is written on behalf of nature.  It seems my favorite subjects to write about are psychology, the soul and the natural world….this piece is a delicate combination of them all.  Though it doesn’t go into a much depth in terms of Eco and Jungian Psychology, it does touch on some basic elements of Eco-Therapy.  I hope it finds you well and I hope it makes little internal shifts that turn into big sustainable revolutions for us all.

Here’s a little clip, then follow the link

Reach into the Earth, lay with her, be held by her and draw from her strength.  She is the most powerful representation of evolution, resiliency and beauty.

Here’s a secret—-we are not separate from nature, but rather an expression of it, and within our hearts is the beat of our collective mother. Whether from a spiritual or scientific point of view, her magnificence and omnipresence is undeniable……… The Eco-Self: 7 Ways to Draw Us Closer to Nature.

Blessings, Namaste, Aho
